What to expect after returning your NimbleUpdated 3 months ago

Here's what to expect once you have returned your Nimble:

  1. Once you ship it back and we receive it, the 7-14 day window for testing begins!
  2. We will update you if your Nimble passes or fails. If passes then we process the refund back to the original payment method. Once the refund is successful, you will be notified via email. If it fails, we will attempt to figure out what happened and will follow up. Please note we handle these on a case-by-case basis when a Nimble fails our testing.
  3. And just remember, capsules are final sale. Please do not return them, as we will not be able to refund you or sell them again due to sanitary reasons.
