My hand / nails keep being rejected by the NimbleUpdated 18 days ago

There are many reasons why this could happen; the most common are listed below:

1) If you inserted your nails with polish on them, the Nimble will reject painting your nails

2) The surface of your nails has not been prepped properly ( usually we see this when someone removes gel from their nails and tries to use the Nimble. The surface is so destroyed it causes confusion with the scanning) 

3) It could be your hand placement was not great and you need to correct it

4) You have some sort of acrylic nail that confuses the Nimble ( we can't paint acrylic nails at this time but are working on it)
