How do I connect a new phone or replace my current phone to a Nimble device?Updated a year ago
Your Nimble device can be paired only with one mobile phone at a time. You must Reset the WiFi on your device to replace or connect a new phone.
FYI: Resetting your device's WiFi will reset your Nimble device and you will be required to reconnect your Nimble to the internet.
Please follow the instructions in the Nimble app to reset and reconnect your WiFi.
To reset your WiFi:
- Hold the Capsule (right) button for five seconds
- Then, hold down the Power (left) button, while holding down the Capsule button
- You'll know the reset was successful when the Power button (left) on your Nimble is solid white and the Paint (center) button is solid red, with the WiFi icon blinking blue.
