Error Starting Mani- Wifi IssueUpdated a month ago
If you receive this error on the check hand placement screen, it is possibly due to a small bug with the app that we are fixing right now. But if you attempt to do the steps below and your Nimble does not react, then it is a wifi issue, and we recommend moving closer to your router or making sure you are on a 2.4g connection.
To start the manicure without the app ( manual version ), follow the steps below:
Step 1: Pick the manicure you want & then insert the capsule(s)
Step 2: Once calibration is done, the Paint button ( middle button ) should be solid white. It will blink white during calibration.
Step 3: Once the Paint button is solid white, your Nimble is ready to start a manicure. So you can insert your hand and then once you feel confident the position is correct just quickly short press the paint button and the manicure will start.
*Please note you will have to press the Paint button for all 4 hands ( remember the app considers a thumb a hand) and then once 10 fingers are completed ( or touch up) it will go back to capsule ready and you can remove the capsule(s) by pressing the capsule button
