Error Starting FansUpdated 3 months ago

Here is a guide to the errors you could have received when trying to start the fans on your Nimble

"Error starting fans: We could not start the fans because a manicure is currently in progress." Fans can only be run when a manicure has been completed. Please ensure your device is in Capsule Ready mode and the Power Button (left) and Capsule Button (right) are solid white.

"Error starting fans: Your device is currently in an error state." Please contact our Customer Care team to repair your device.

"Error starting fans: Your device is currently busy. When ready, the Power Button (left) and capsule Button (right) will be solid white. You may then start the fans." Your device is currently busy performing an update. When ready, the Power Button (left) and Capsule Button (right) will be solid white.

"Error starting fans: The fans on your Nimble are already running." The fans on your Nimble are already running. 

"Error starting fans: We were unable to reach your device. Please make sure your WiFi is connected and stable." Your device is currently not connected to the internet.
