"Scanning error. Oops! There was an issue scanning your hand. (e13)"Updated a year ago

There was an issue scanning your hand. Please ensure you have inserting one to four fingers in your Nimble before beginning your manicure. Click here to view our guide to hand and finger placement. 

If your device is ready for you to insert your hand, the paint button (middle) will be solid white. If this is the case, you may re-insert your hand.

If your device is ready for a manicure, the Power (left) button and Capsule (right) buttons will be solid white. If this is the case, you may try your manicure again. 

If your device is in an error state (Power button (left) white and Paint button (middle) red and all other lights are off), please contact our NimbleCare team.
