"Process error. Oh no! There is an issue with your [top coat, color coat, base coat] capsule. (e25)"Updated a month ago

There was an error calibrating the capsule(s) mentioned in the message you received.  

If your Nimble is in an error state (Power button (left) white and Paint button (middle) red and all other lights are off), If your Nimble is in Capsule Ready then you can start another manicure!




If your Nimble is in Error State ( see photo above to confirm) then continue. Please follow the steps below carefully. If at any point you are unsure please reach out to customer support. If you do not follow them exactly then you risk damaging the Nimble. 

We need to know what is going on inside with the capsule tray & brush heads since you received this error. Watch this 1-minute video to understand what we are looking for and then based on the answer follow the steps below


If you see the Brush head in the air/in the arm follow these steps:

Step 1: Long press the Paint button that is solid red for 3 seconds, this will prompt the capsule button to start blinking red
Step 2: Long press the Power button that is solid white for 3 seconds. This will then prompt the device to return the brush back inside the capsule and then the device will reboot going back to Capsule Ready and you can start a manicure again!


If you see the Brush Head slightly sticking up from the capsule follow these steps:

Step 1: You are going to insert your left pointer finger inside the Nimble to push the capsule brush down that is sticking up 
Step 2: After that is done you will then long press the paint button (middle button) for 3 seconds which will force the capsule button to flash red
Step 3: You will then long press the capsule button for 3 seconds and it will then blink red/white/pink. This will open the capsule door and you will remove the capsules and set them aside
Step 4: Once the Capsule door is open, you will long press the Power button (first button) for 3 seconds. This will reboot your Nimble putting it back in the capsule-ready mode which is the power and capsule buttons both solid white


If you see the Brush Head fully closed and inside the capsule follow these steps:

Step 1: Long press the paint button (middle button) for 3 seconds which will force the capsule button to flash red
Step 2: You will then long press the capsule button for 3 seconds and it will then blink red/white/pink. This will open the capsule door and you will remove the capsules and set them aside
Step 3: Once the Capsule door is open, you will long press the Power button (first button) for 3 seconds. This will reboot your Nimble putting it back in the capsule-ready mode which is the power and capsule buttons both solid white
