"Painting Error. Your manicure has timed out. (e19)"Updated a year ago

Your manicure has timed out. This is likely due to WiFi issues. Please check the following and try again:

  • Please ensure your location services are turned on so that the Nimble app can find your WiFi network. 
  • Please ensure your WiFi network is connected to the internet. 
  • Please ensure you have entered the correct password. 
  • Please ensure your screen is bright.
  • If your device is ready for a manicure, the Power (left) button and Capsule (right) buttons will be solid white. If this is the case, you may try your manicure again. 

If your device is in an error state (Power button (left) white and Paint button (middle) red and all other lights are off), please contact our NimbleCare team.
