"Error Closing Capsule Tray"Updated 25 days ago

"We were unable to reach your Nimble. Please make sure your WiFi is connected and stable and that your phone and your Nimble are connected to the same network."  

Your WiFi has been disconnect or the connection is weak or unstable. Please ensure your WiFi connection is strong. It might help to move your Nimble to the same room as your router. 

"Your capsule tray is not currently open. Please select your mani type and try again." 

Your capsule tray is not open and therefore cannot be closed. 

If your device is in Capsule Ready (Power Button (left) and Capsule Button (right) are both solid white), please restart your manicure. 

If your device is in an error state (Power button (left) white and Paint button (middle) red and all other lights are off), please contact our NimbleCare team.  Please leave your device on in the meantime

If all lights are off and the phone icon is flashing blue, your device is performing an update or getting ready for your next paint. Once completed, your device should return to one of the states above.
