A required capsule is missing to complete a manicure. The message you received should tell you which capsule is missing.

This scenario usually happens with the following scenarios:

1) You selected Signature Manicure or Practice manicure and only inserted 1 capsule. Both of these require all 3 capsules to be inserted. Try again using all 3 after selecting one of the above.

2) You selected Express manicure but inserted all 3 capsules. Express will do 2 coats of either base/color/top. Not all 3 like the Signature. Please insert just 1 capsule and try again!
