The capsule in the mentioned slot(s) is not valid. Please reinsert valid capsules.

If your Nimble is ready for a manicure, the Power (left) button and Capsule (right) buttons will be solid white. If this is the case, you may try your manicure again. 

To troubleshoot: Please switch around the capsules and try again. What we need to confirm is if one of the slots has an issue or just the capsule itself. Once you have done this and had no success in starting calibration please reach out to support. 


What to expect: We will need to confirm you switched capsules around and received the same error each time. Then we will open a ticket for our engineer to review. The engineer will then decide if it is something a quick update can fix or something else will need to happen. The turnaround time for this can be anywhere from 12-48 hours depending on the day of the week.
