"Capsule error. Oh no! The capsules you inserted have expired. Please insert new capsules. (e20)"Updated a year ago

  • The capsules you have entered have expired. Please restart your manicure and ensure you are using un-expired capsules.  Note that our capsules can currently paint up to 20 fingers within 10 days from the time of first use.
  • If your device is ready for a manicure, the Power (left) button and Capsule (right) buttons will be solid white. If this is the case, you may try your manicure again after replacing the capsules.
  • If your device is in an error state (Power button (left) white and Paint button (middle) red and all other lights are off), please contact our NimbleCare team.
